However, please be aware that email notification of service activity on your account is necessary to provide you with certain updates and technical notices. Right of cancellation for annual purchase
Please note that if you are an individual user and you acquired ResolutionsMSP Annual License products and/or services directly from us for your personal use (i.e. not for business purposes), you may cancel your purchase from us and obtain a refund provided that you do so within 30 days of the original purchase.
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR LICENSE YOU MUST EITHER RETURN THE SOFTWARE OR VERIFY YOU HAVE DELETED THE PRODUCT IF ALREADY INSTALLED. INSTALLED SOFTWARE WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.
You may exercise this right of cancellation by contacting Customer Service. Proof of Purchase within 30 days of request and confirmation that product is not installed must be sent to refunds@ResolutionsMSP.com Refunds are subject to verification of qualifying request. |
