Managed Data Protection automates the process of backing up your data offsite. Backups begin automatically and your data is sent to storage facilities located hundreds of miles apart. Your data is encrypted and always remains encrypted using a unique encryption key that only you have. Moreover, you can restore your files as often as you need and at any time day or night, in as easy as a few clicks of your mouse.
Resolutions employs timeline recovery allowing the user to scroll through a simple calendar interface back in time and restore any version of any bare metal backup file. Resolutions' timeline recovery works in conjunction with the datacenter and ensures that an unlimited number of file versions are available for recovery and that all files are automatically and infinitely archived.
Once your backup is at rest in the datacenter, it will be available for restoration on dissimilar hardware, anywhere at any time. In storage, data will be protected by biometric credential requirements, 24/7 watch and automatic geographic redundancy, as well as being 1024 AES encrypted.

We offer a managed daily backup service. First we also work with you, the customer, to ensure that the correct data is being backed up to the Resolutions' Cloud. Thereafter, we manage the backups and check that they are working using our own automated system. The system checks that there is some data in the backup, otherwise an alert is generated and one of our systems administrators will investigate. Resolutions will perform the following:
